Note:
I have given this tab a (much needed) update. I
removed the backing acoustic guitar (it was doing
nothing but adding bulk to the sound) and added in an
electric guitar which sounds in the second verse, and
is essential to make some distinction between the two
verses. I also added a guitar with distortion effects to
try and sound like the riff played after the lyrics: "It's
rare to be in Tenacious D". The drum tab has been
tweaked as well as some small bass improvements.
Also, I have aligned the lyrics better the notes played.
Please help out with the effort to tab Tenacious D fully
in the so-called (by Tenacious Joes, the Tenacious D
fan site) Gass Project. Some songs that need thorough
tabbing are the Road (which I made an effort at but
couldn't do justice) and Rock Your Socks. Also,
Malibu Nights (the bonus track from the last song on
the album) still needs pro-tabbing.
